Social Security Disability

The Social Security system is a difficult and frustrating system to work through when you need disability benefits. The money you have paid into the system over a lifetime of work is important. Most Americans plan to use it for living expenses throughout retirement, so not to financially burden family and friends. In some unfortunate situations, injury or disability may forced you or a family member into early retirement leaving everyone overwhelmed as to what to do next.

If you have not worked in the last 12 months or are expected to be off work for 12 months or more due to an injury on the job or serious health problems, you might qualify to receive benefits. The Social Security Administration provides for these types of situations with Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income. However, as with most Federal Government programs, confusing paperwork often causes many people to give up their search for benefits and compensation for which they rightly deserve.

Our attorneys will assist you with this complicated process so that you will receive the compensation that you deserve.
